Non-CERN Users should send an email to the CERN Service Desk for all questions related to CASTOR.
Service announcements
Announcements (upgrade, downtime, major incidents) are made via established communication channels (mailing lists). Depending on the CASTOR instance and user communities, announcements are also posted on CERN pages IT Service Status Board and WLCG services (GOCDB).
